Outside of Welcome to Beef City (earned by customizing your character in the main menu), all of the trophies can earned in Melee Mode except for Short Wave (requires Wave Mode) and Shutout (requires Soccer Mode). All the trophies except for Shutout can be earned solo, so no matter which way you go, you will need either another controller or a second player local/online for that one.
