I hope this fixes your issue!Īfter a lot of research, yes, Intel graphics drivers do have this setting, however Dell, in their infinite wisdom, decided to remove that option from the Intel graphics driver they supply for this model. A quick google search for "disable Intel Display Power Saving Technology" will show you the exact setting name.
The setting you want to turn off is the Intel Display Power Saving Technology I mentioned above. The menu can usually be pulled up just by right-clicking the desktop and the context menu should have an option for Intel display settings. In any case, I'm not near my computer so apologies that my directions here will be vague but simply look in the Intel display adapter menu and you can disable this feature.
